The vertical shaft on this Plate Rack is 37" long and 1.97” in diameter. This rack is made for 2”-opening weight plates, which is the standard Olympic Weight Plate Size. Bumper plates, competition plates, cast iron plates, and any other plates with a 2”-opening will fit perfectly on this plate holder.
