CERTIFIED
We are certified in a variety of fields. You’ll find CrossFit coaches trained in weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility. Functional diagnostic nutritionists, certified Metabolic Typing advisors, Scott Pilates trained staff, YogaFit trainers and fitness consultants through CSEP.
Continued Education
We commit ourselves to ongoing education every year by attending conferences such as CanFit Pro, SWIS Symposium and Perform Better Summits.
