1" Barbell
Our Synergee 1” Barbells are perfect for novice athletes learning to lift and intermediate lifters who want to hone-in their technique with lightwork. We have three different options to suit your specific training needs: a 5-foot bar weighing 6.5 KG/14.3 LB , a 6-foot bar weighing 7.5 KG/16.5 LB, and a 7-foot barbell weighing 8.7 KG/19.2LB.
These barbells all offer 1” diameter grip, 1” diameter sleeves for 1”-opening plates, and 1.2 mm diamond knurl. Each bar has a 50 000 psi tensile strength rating and a 350 lb capacity. This bar has no whip, so it would best suit powerlifting athletes. Since this bar is more compact than our Olympic Barbells, it’s great for home gym spaces; and it provides Novice or Elementary lifter with a bar very comparable to our Essential Barbell!

This barbell is 25 mm in diameter and has 1.2 mm knurl. This makes it easy on the hands, but still aids with grip! Its construction is similar to our Olympic barbells so when you're ready to move up in weight, you can transfer your skills easily!
