Our Synergee Hex Bar allows you to deadlift with confidence. The hexagonal frame is ergonomically designed to allow for a linear bar path and keep the weight centered with the body’s midline during lifts. This helps you avoid straining your lumbar spine and targets your quadriceps. With the Hex Bar, there is less space for injury and more space for gains when you are deadlifting, shrugging, and pulling compared to the standard barbell.
We offer three options of Hex Bars:

Our 25kg Hex Bar with rotating handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 750lb.
Our 20kg Hex Bar with flat handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 750lb.
Our 7kg Hex Bar with raised, non-rotating handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 500lb.

Our 25kg Hex Bar with rotating handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 750lb.
Our 20kg Hex Bar with flat handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 750lb.
Our 7kg Hex Bar with raised, non-rotating handles and 10” sleeves. Maximum load rating of 500lb.

Ergonomically Designed

The raised handles and hexagonal frame of the Synergee Hex bar allow for easier pick up from the ground and reduce the strain on your hands and back. You can add plenty of additional weight to improve your strength and increase the intensity of your workouts.

The Synergee Hex Bar is ideal for heavy lifters who regularly pull from the ground and who want to reduce their chance of injury and lower back strain. Our bar was designed to keep the weight evenly distributed through the body’s midline and allow for linear bar path. Less injury means less interruptions to your training, which means more gains over time.

What’s In The Package

Select from either Black or Chrome finish, available in 7kg, 20kg, or 25kg configurations. The 7kg bar features raised handles without knurling, the 20kg bar comes with standard-height handles and knurling, and the 25kg Hex Bar includes rotating handles with knurling. Each bar includes 10 inches of loadable sleeve length on both sides.
