Our Synergee Safety Arms are strong, steel extensions to add on to your 2x2-tube Squat or Power Rack. These Arms extend 15.5" from your rack uprights to hold or catch your barbell while you're working out! These Safety Arms are layered with thick, UHMW plastic bolted in place to protect your barbell from metal-on-metal contact. This means you can easily clear the J Cups for your lift and set yourself up for a comfortable squat or press; and then, if you need to bail, you can do so without wincing! These arms are a must have for serious lifters who want to test their limits safely AND keep their bar safe from damage, too.
The Safety Arms are black powder-coated steel and can hold up to 750lbs. They are compatible with our Synergee Squat and Power Rack, or any other 2x2 tube racks with 1" holes.

Compatible With 2x2 Racks
Got a Power Rack? Awesome! Have a Squat Rack instead? That’s totally cool, too! Our Safety Arms will attach to your rack as long as it has 2x2 Tubes and 1-inch openings. While we highly recommend you pair these attachments with our state-of-the-art Synergee Squat Rack or Power Rack, you can also use them with other brands with the same specifications!

With the proper bailing technique, you'll be supported when you test your limits and be able to safely fail a rep. What’s In The Package
The Synergee Safety Arm Attachments will act as a stand-in spotter during your bench press and squat workouts. This comes with (2) arms that are compatible with 2x2 tube racks with 1" openings. Each arm provides a 15.5" x 3.7" x 1" shelf to catch your barbell. Each has a 1" mounting peg, with a 5" x 2" support that wraps around the tube for extra support when the Safety Arms are mounted on the upright tubes.
