Our Synergee Sandbag is a simple yet effective piece of workout equipment: a durable bag filled with sand made to be squatted, tossed, dragged, and flipped to help you burn fat, become stronger, and enhance your stabilization! What makes our Synergee Sandbag such a unique piece of strength-training gear is that the sand inside can shift during your exercises, requiring you to constantly adapt to control and support this load. Our Sandbag can be used for a wide variety of movements & exercises; it’s basically impossible to avoid an awesome, full body workout when you’re swinging this around!
We offer two sizes of Sandbag with 2 different load capacities: 40lb and 60lb. Our 40lb Sandbag includes (2) loadable 20lb-capacity bags to fill the Sandbag with. Our 60lb Sandbag comes with (2) loadable 30-lb-capacity bags. Each bag is made from strong waterproof nylon cordura, triple stitched throughout to promise utmost durability, and fitted with premium Velcro and zipper fastenings that are easy to open but remain closed when in use.
Note, our Sandbags do not come weighted (i.e. do not come loaded with sand). This allows you to fill them with as heavy or as light as your training requires.

Our Sandbags are constructed with an ultra durable outer shell made from strong, waterproof nylon cordura. We know our Synergee athletes are strong as heck, which is why we reinforce the nylon with a triple-stitch – something most of our competitors neglect! Both the shell and filler bags feature this triple-stitching, which allows you to lift, toss, and slam your Sandbag and TELL IT WHO'S BOSS without any rips!
Multi Functional
Squat, press, drag, throw, lunge, and run with this incredibly versatile tool. Our exercise sandbag is fitted with 6 handles all around for multiple grip options. This bag will add hundreds of highly effective strength and endurance training options to your workouts.
Adjustable
Every level of athlete – new, intermediate, pro, and elite – can adjust the weight of the sandbag to match their training and exercise needs. Simply add as much sand as you need to the filler bags! Plus, it’s easy with the premium Velcro and zippers we use to keep the filler bags and outer shell together – easy to access, but also stays firmly closed when in use. Our filler bags can hold up to 20lb each. Adjust your Sandbag weight from 5lb to a max of 40lb.
