Strength & Conditioning
This class will provide a mix of cardio, strength and core exercises, all designed to condition your body to reach it’s peak potential. Various movements – such as burpees, squats, skipping, and lunges – will give you a cardiovascular challenge while putting your major muscle groups to work, and burning lots of calories! Dumbbells, kettlebells, and power/mini bands are used for resistance training (i.e. no barbells) and workouts tend to last close to the entirety of the class – so get ready to SWEAT! Have fun, challenge yourself and reach a new level of fitness. This class is open to new and experienced athletes hoping to increase their strength and conditioning. Classes last 45 minutes and have a capacity of 18 individuals. Please sign up to ensure your spot!
