Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. It aims to improve body alignment, posture, and definitely targets your core, while also providing an awesome workout for you legs, arms and back. Pilates isn’t about cranking out reps; it’s about focusing on control and using your body weight and the pull of gravity to add resistance and build strength. Our classes are focused on adhering to the original six Pilates principles: concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing. Feel stronger, leaner and longer while learning corrective methods for a well-balanced body. Welcome to new and experienced athletes. Pilates classes take place in our beautiful Spin Studio with calming LED mood lighting. Classes last 45 minutes and have a capacity of 15 individuals!
