CROSSFIT

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. That means you will be getting stronger in ways that will make your everyday life easier and allow you to get daily physical work done quicker.

Think: carrying your groceries from the car to house in 1 trip; carrying your child when they’re tired from walking; running to catch a bus or riding your bike to work; mowing the lawn; climbing to the 3rd floor of your apartment; and anything else that life throws at you on the daily. You become stronger at doing the same movements you employ during these activities, which means you essentially become more awesome at being human.

In each class, we emulate these movements through a different combination gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, bar work and cardio exercises. Everyday comes with a new combination of movements and number of repetitions, and each workout will provide you with a full-body workout that is intended to develop your skills, strength, speed, and overall athletic performance over time!

Every workout is pre-programmed by Certified Level II CrossFit Coaches, and is then each class is taught and supervised by certified CrossFit staff. Of course, an awesome dose of friendly competition comes with every class as every athlete who shows up supports and encourages one another to sweat it out on the floor. Don’t expect to leave the class without getting at least one high-five! Each class runs for 45 min.

We ensure each athlete gets the right amount of personal attention in every class by restricting our class sizes to 15 therefore signing in beforehand is encouraged.
