Each class will involve a different combination of CrossFit movements including gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, bar work and mono-structural moves. We’ll present them in a new combination each day. Coaching style is quite personalized.
After completing either two quick sessions of OnBoarding (just to understand the basics) or your ByPass session if you’re familiar with the moves, you’re ready to rock! Our programming will involve a different workout every day coached by our certified CrossFit staff. Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning and gymnastics movements are featured in a new design every day to keep you seeing the best results and making the biggest gains.
