This class gives you a full body workout and challenges each major fitness domain – all in under an hour! Following a dynamic warm-up, you’ll get 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of core work. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, satisfied, and sure you’ve worked all the key areas. Fast, effective and FUN! Classes last 45 minute in total, including warm-up and cool down. We cap the classes at 18 athletes and since it’s one of our more popular classes it’s best to sign up beforehand!
