Boot Camps

Our outdoor boot camps are held at Hillcrest Park – the scenery is amazing and quite breathtaking as we workout overlooking Lake Superior, The Sleeping Giant and Mount McKay!

Our workouts consist of interval training testing the cardiovascular system, strength, power, agility, core, balance, stability, flexibility and endurance.  We encourage functional body weight training that challenges the boot camper with many creative methods.  We do anything from squats, lunges, jumps, burpees, jacks, sprints, shuffles, push ups, V-sits, tri-dips, chin ups on monkey bars, bear crawls, running up hills to yoga postures and stretching.  Each week our workout changes so that we are always shocking the system to see amazing results. 

We stay outside as long as possible, but when the weather shifts into the cold, we move indoors into the beautiful studio at Synergee Fitness.  Indoor boot camps still focus on the same principles, but we are able to utilize the array of equipment such as bosu, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls…..

This workout is a must – it will enhance and rev up your week!
