Philosophy

Every individual has the potential to do great things with their body; it’s simply a matter of commitment. This means not only making the commitment of devoting time and energy to your workouts, but making the commitment to yourself to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. And commitment becomes infinitely easier when you have support and motivation to push you through those tough workouts. I believe in assisting, motivating and educating people to reach their full potential, and incorporating a full range of exercises for better cardio, strength, and flexibility, all within a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Philosophy

Health and well-being evolves from every level. This includes not just the physician but mental, emotional and spiritual components. Your body hears every word your mind says. Within us we have the power to create the life we desire on every level. And it begins within. Once you make the commitment to yourself…the rest falls effortlessly into place. The best feeling as a leader comes from seeing others realize their own potential and watching them reach their own personal health goals.

Philosophy

I believe fitness is integral to a happy, healthy life. Exercise strengthens the body, mind and spirit. It’s important to get out of your comfort zone, but it’s also important to have fun while working hard. Zumba is exercise in disguise. It’s not just a fitness class, it’s a party!
Our bodies are incredible! They are designed to move and they are designed to move to music. Just look at what happens when a toddler listens to music. They instinctively nod their heads, bend their knees and shake their hips to the beat.
I am committed to providing a challenging, fun and safe cardiovascular workout to amazing music. I can’t wait to dance with you!
